We allow cats and dogs. Dogs must be kennel trained and must stay in kennel when owners are not home. The list of dog breeds that require three references and statement from the vet about not being aggressive is below. Security deposit is increased to two months rent and we charge $40/month additional rent for the first cat or dog and $25 for each additional cat or dog.
